• No Entry Fee or Application, Just Spruce
Up Your Garden
• Judging to Occur from the Middle of June thru
the Middle of July (more or less, depending on the weather)
o Grand Prize - $100 Gift Certificate for The Rhoads Garden
o Second Place - $50 Gift Certificate for The Rhoads Garden
o Third Place - $25 Gift Certificate for The Rhoads Garden
o Ten Honorable Mention Winners - $10 Gift Certificate for The Rhoads Garden
• ELIGIBLE CATEGORIES
o Front Garden
o Rear or Side Garden Visible to Passers-By
JUDGING CRITERIA/ CONSIDERATIONS
Color, Composition, Creativity, Texture, Theme, Functionality, Native Plants, Garden Accents, & Other Aesthetic, Design & Ecological Factors
